Designed to fill both liquids (water, milk, juice and dilute chemicals) and homogeneous pastes (honey, liquid soap, glue, edible oils, lubricants and tomato ketchup etc.) the twin head pneumatic piston filler has the added advantage of two filling nozzles and can thus provide filling speeds ranging from 12-22 containers per minute (Depending on the volume) 

The twin head filler is operated by means of a pneumatic cylinder and has no electrical components, therefore it is completely wash-down. Product is sucked into both barrels during the suction stroke that is initiated when the operator toggles the lever operated valve. The volume that is sucked into the barrels is controlled by an adjustable mechanical stop that limits the stroke of the pneumatic cylinder.

By toggling the lever in the opposite direction, the delivery stroke is initiated which ejects the metered volume of product into the containers. All contact parts of this machine are made out of Stainless Steel (SS-304/SS-316) and the volume of the hopper can be fabricated as per customer requirements. The twin head volumetric piston filler can fill volumes starting from 50 ml up to a maximum of 1000 ml and is available in three different variants based on the type of valve in use:

2VNR: The first variant comes with a simple double check valve arrangement and does not have a hopper/tank. It is ideal for filling liquids with a viscosity close to that of water and without particulate matter. Examples include, light oils, syrups, chemicals, milk and synthetic juice.

2VPV: The second variant comes with a linear 3-way valve that is pneumatically operated and can handle liquids and pastes that are much more viscous than water, provided that it does not contain particulate matter. Examples include, glue, face creams, yogurt, liquid soap and honey. (This variant comes with two stainless steel hoppers/tanks, one for each head)

2VRV: The final variant comes with a rotary 3-way valve that is pneumatically operated and can handle extremely thick pastes that contain particulate matter. Examples include, face pack, fruit pulp, sauces, and jams. (This variant comes with two stainless steel hoppers/tanks, one for each head)

Note**: The twin head volumetric piston filler will require a 2 H.P air compressor and a three phase power supply as prerequisites for operation.
