These terms and conditions of use of the website www.3mbco.com (Referred as 'website' thereof) between M.M.M. Buxabhoy & Company; a partnership firm under the Income Tax Act, 1961 ("3MB", "us", "we", "company" or "our") and the viewers/users of the website ("You", "Your", "Client(s)" or "Customer(s)") will define the terms on which the company allows access to the website. Additionally, it will outline terms and conditions with regards to the Sales Contract (Referred as 'contract' thereof) in case you have purchased products through the website.

PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THOUROUGHLY BEFORE MAKING USE OF THE SERVICES OFFERED BY THE WEBSITE. YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE FEATURES WILL SIGNAL YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND WILL BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE SAME.

  • 1. General

    • The terms and conditions are subject to continuous change and your use of the website will be subject to the most recent version. The company is not obliged to keep you informed of the changes made to the terms. You are requested to regularly access the terms through the link provided on the footer of our homepage. The latest update to the terms will be put up right at the top of the write-up against the 'last revised' heading.

  • 2. Cancellations

    • Orders once placed and paid for through the website will not be subjected to cancellation. The customer will have to take delivery of the item.

  • 3. Pricing

    • The company reserves the right to set and modify prices at will. The prices stated on the product pages are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) or Central Sales Tax (CST) as the case may be. Shipping charges will be levied separately. Only once the total payment (product + shipping costs) has been made will the item be dispatched for delivery. In case of international shipments, additional charges will be applied depending upon the country's import tariffs and proximity to India.

  • 4. Website Use

    • All content displayed on the website is for the viewer/user to make an informed decision with respect to the purchase of a particular item. The company is not responsible for the content displayed on any linked site; these links are provided to give the viewer/user a better idea about certain things that are linked to their item of interest. M.M.M. Buxabhoy and Co. in no way endorses these links.

  • 5. Use of Google Translate

    • This feature has been provided by the company to assist non-English speaking users/viewers better understand the content. The content translation is handled solely by Google and the company has no control over what is displayed as a result. The English version of the website is the only authentic version in terms of content and we are not bound by what appears in the translated versions. The company reserves the right to stop providing Google Translate services without prior notice and holds no liability for any reliance on the accuracy of its translations.

About us

3MB Technologies (Formerly, M.M.M. Buxabhoy & Co.) entered the primary packaging industry in 1996 as a trader of small manual and motorised equipment along with consumables. Over the years we have expanded on our product portfolio, increased our domestic and foreign client base and have developed our own infrastructure for manufacturing and product innovation.
