The gear pump filling machine is a compact time based unit that can fill volumes ranging from 10 ml to 500 ml. It can be used to fill any kind of free flowing liquid, from beverages items like water, flavoured milk and juices to vegetable oils and commercial products like lubricant oils, perfume (oil based) and cosmetic items like face wash. Since the gear pump filler is time based, the output rate will vary depending on the volume of the container; however, a speed of 6-12 containers per minute should be achievable with relative ease. The outer body is made entirely of stainless steel (SS-304) while the tubing material is  made of silicone rubber. The inner lining of the gear pump is made out of SS-316 and is therefore compliant with food and pharmaceutical products.
